Pathways to Purpose: Implementing our Strategic Plan
过去的一年, Head-Royce has embarked on a strategic planning process designed to help us underst和 what our community values about the Head-Royce experience—how well we fulfill our mission 和 what assets we should focus on strengthening 和 evolving. We undertake this important process every five to seven years to inform the school’s near term priorities 和 ensure that our vision continues to be in alignment with our past while also reflecting the innovations of today 和 the promise of tomorrow.
We are now in the implementation phase, beginning to deliver on our rearticulated mission: Head Royce School develops students of character, 智力, 和创造力.

Our response rates met or exceeded expectations based on GLP experience. Initial findings suggest that the community is aligned in reporting positive perceptions of the "diverse" demographic makeup 的学生 和 families at Head-Royce, particularly in comparison to other area schools (both independent 和 public).
